Paint Correction
Restore the shine and finish
Over time, everyday driving, improper washing, weather and environmental exposure can leave your vehicle's paint looking dull, scratched or worn.
Professional paint correction helps restore the appearance of your vehicle by reducing visible imperfections and bringing back the depth, clarity and gloss of the paint.
What is paint correction?
Paint correction is a professional process used to remove or reduce imperfections in your vehicle's clear coat.
Using specialized compounds, polishes and equipment, the paint surface is carefully refined to address imperfections such as:
-
Swirl marks
-
Light scratches
-
Oxidation
-
Water spots
-
Haze and dullness
-
Other minor surface defects
Unlike simply covering up imperfections, paint correction works to physically refine the surface of the clear coat, creating a smoother, cleaner and more reflective finish.
Our process
Every vehicle is different, which is why our paint correction should begin with an evaluation of the condition of your paint.
-
Wash and Decontamination - the vehicle is thoroughly washed and decontaminated to remove dirt, road grime, embedded contaminants and other buildup from the paint.
-
Paint Evaluation - We inspect the vehicle's finish to identify swirl marks, scratches, oxidation and other imperfections and determine the appropriate level of correction.
-
Machine Polishing - Using professional compounds, polishes and equipment, the paint is carefully refined to reduce imperfections and restore clarity and gloss.
-
Finishing and Protection - Once correction is complete, the surface is prepared for the appropriate finishing or protection product to help maintain the newly restored appearanace.
can Paint Correction remove every scratch?
Not every paint defect can, or should, be removed through paint correction.
Light scratches and imperfections within the clear coat can often be significantly improved. Deeper scratches that penetrate through the clear coat or into the underlying paint may require touch-up paint or professional refinishing.
Our goal is to achieve the best possible appearance while preserving the integrity of your vehicle's finish.
